Kirjoitettua palsta alkoi joulukuussa 2015 ja on keskittynyt arkkitehtuuriin ja ajankohtaisiin aiheisiin. Sen 300. kirjoitus julkaistiin 28.09.2025. Palstalla on kehittyvä julkaisulinja.

"Kirjoitettua" column, "Written" in Finnish, started in December 2015 and it is focused in architecture and current topics. The 300th writing was published 28.09.2025. The column has developing publishing policy.

During this spring the focus has been in applying Revit-template and as a model project there has been creation of a Type Hall with Revit. The actual project has documentation of more than 200 drawings. The space program is a 3000 sqm production hall and a 300 sqm office-social space.
Revit has suited quite well in Finnish design, but it is requiring to use, as can be concluded from my previous Revit-writings. My plan contains a full Revit-model, in which there have been combined the disciplines:
RA = Structure
AR = Architecture
SI = Interior design
HA = Development
GE = Geoengineering
LI = HVAC
LV = Plumbing
These have been modelled as independent Revit-models, that have been combined into a single BIM-model. The modelling is made architecture-based, so actual realization of type halls and tailoring to different sites would require additional consultation from experts from different fields, although the concept in itself and the model plans and the designs are ready. The architecture design modelling level is LOD 300 – LOD 350 – LOD 400 by Autodesk standards.
Architectural design is a field to which I am now focusing more. This year there will be no new startup-business fields, just conventional architecture. Sure PPS, Graphic, PSA and PSL are continuing and are operational. With lack of job offers I am focusing on my own new construction real estate development projects (smaller than the type hall) from the architecture basis.
